Efective April 1, your new medical network is Cigna PPO and your pharmacy manager is MaxorPlus. Please present your new ID card to your providers and pharmacy so they can update their systems with your new information.

Just in cased you missed the opportunity or you need a refresher, the recording of the HealthFirst Webinar is below.  Documents that complement the webinar and guide you in creating your portal account are available, too.

Important facts to remember after creating your portal account:

1. Remember to update your address if ordering a card to be mailed to you.  Please allow 24 hours for our system to update your address before ordering your card.

2. If you have dependents on your ID card, you only need to order for one person.  This will produce a card with all names listed.

3. The quantity ordered is a 1:2 ratio.  Examples: Quantity of 1 will provide 2 cards; quantity of 2 will provide 4 cards.

 

IMPORTANT NOTE:  We are issuing new SSNs to use when registering for the portal.  These will be emailed to you, or you can call Customer Service at 800-838-7434 or email aramco@hfbenefits.com to obtain the new SSN.

If you have already created a portal account, you will not need to register again.
